Additional Information

• There is no merchandise/product at our London Sales Office.
• There is no retail facility at our warehouse, it is a large warehouse and everything is boxed.
• All pick-up orders can be picked up at our above Markham warehouse (Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm EST)
• All pick-ups require a Pick-Up Number, provided by a sales representative. This is provided once the order is ready (usually takes one or two business days) and is supplied over the phone and/or by e-mail.
